Once you’ve decided you’d like to take the next step, we will set up a time to view the property and see if we’re a good fit. During our visit we’ll discuss improvements/staging, photography and answer any questions you may have.

Once you’re ready to move forward we’ll discuss setting up a spring cleaning to get the home in tip top shape for the season. Then we’ll begin marketing your property to thousands of our current and past customers, those who visit Kennebunkport year after year, and finally to the general public.

Our system allows for instant on-line booking. Your guests can review and sign our rules/regs and book directly on-line 24/7 via credit card or electronic check. You don’t have to worry about losing an opportunity!

Servicing “Boots on the Ground”

While your guests are occupying the home, we service your home and your guests. Our time, unless a significant issue should arise, is included in your fee. We handle all guest requests, feedback, needs/wants and problems. We won’t disturb you unless an important decision needs to be made (i.e. purchase of a new appliance).

  • 24/7 Guest Services – We’re available to your guests after hours so you don’t have to be, you can unplug and unwind, we’re here to take care of it for you.
  • Turn-Over Cleanings – We schedule the turn-over cleanings for you. We hire and vet our housekeeping teams to provide the best possible experience for our guests and owners. We can even set up a cleaning upon your departure to get the home ready for your next guest.
  • Maintenance Issues – Before calling an electrician, plumber or other service provider (of your choosing) that could be costly, our team assesses the issue to see if it can be resolved with a simple fix; simple home/plumbing/electrical repairs, etc. Your guests are there for a short timeframe, getting the issue resolved quickly is important to managing your guests’ experience and protecting your property.
  • We feel it’s important to greet each guest upon arrival. It’s good business for guests to know where the Rental Agent is located, who we are (put a face to a name) and establish a positive relationship. We use this time to go over property-specific instructions.
  • Maine State Lodging Tax: We collect and pay the lodging tax for you!
